In Ukraine the regulation on equipping public garages and parking lots with electric charging stations will be amended. It is stipulated that at least 5% of the parking slots will be equipped with charging devices. By 2030 their number will have changed to 100%.

Amendments to State Building Code have already been approved and will take effect approximately in 3 months after official publication.

Furthermore, Lev Partskhaladze, Deputy Minister of Regional Development, stated that it was planned to have equipped 100% of parking slots at car parks with charging stations by 2030.

Building Code (DBN) is a binding set of regulations used at the stage of design of new and reconstruction of existing constructions, blocks, housing complexes in accordance with their designation.
